I am currently deployed in Iraq and had purchased a car that needed shipped to Pennsylvania. I contacted United Raod and even though I was 6500 miles away I was still able to do business with them. Vehicle pick up was completed promptly in the midst of a January snow storm that had hit the mid west US. Roads were snow and ice covered and the driver called to let me know that the weather had delayed progress.
